I am licensed by the State of California to practice chiropractic, and that license remains active. That license is not being used, and is not relied upon in any way, in connection with the coaching services I provide to you.
When you work with me as a coach, I am not:
Diagnosing any medical condition, disease, or injury.
Treating, adjusting, or manipulating your spine, joints, muscles, or any other part of your body.
Practicing chiropractic, medicine, physical therapy, or any other licensed health profession.
Acting as your chiropractor, physician, or any other licensed health care provider.
When you work with me as a coach, I am:
Providing education and coaching aimed at helping you build awareness of the connection between your mind and your muscles.
Guiding you through non-clinical exercises and discussion intended to support your own self-management of chronic muscular tension and discomfort.
Encouraging you to seek diagnosis and treatment from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or other qualified health care provider for any condition that requires clinical evaluation.
No chiropractor-patient or doctor-patient relationship is formed between us through coaching.
If, at any point, you believe you need clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, please contact a licensed health care provider directly. Coaching services are not, and are not intended to be, a substitute for that care.
