The neuromuscular coaching services offered through Align With Amie are educational and coaching services only. They are not medical care, chiropractic care, physical therapy, or any other licensed health care service, and they are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or
treatment of a licensed physician, chiropractor, or other qualified health care provider. I am not a licensed physician and surgeon. Coaching is alternative and complementary to services provided by physicians, chiropractors, and other licensed healing arts practitioners in California, and coaching itself is not licensed by the State of California.
Amie Vidana holds an active chiropractic license issued by the State of California. That license is not used, and is not being exercised, in connection with the coaching services described on this website or in these materials. No chiropractor-patient or doctor-patient
relationship is created by your use of these coaching services, regardless of the format in which they are delivered, including one-on-one sessions, digital programs, or written materials.
Nature of Coaching and the Theory Behind It
Coaching sessions consist of education, guided movement awareness, and behavioral coaching conversation, delivered online. This coaching is based on the theory that building conscious awareness of the connection between the mind and the muscles can help a person
reduce the impact of chronic muscular tension and discomfort. This is a coaching and educational approach, not a diagnostic or medical treatment method, and it does not involve manipulation, adjustment, or clinical treatment of any kind.
Coach's Qualifications
Amie Vidana holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, earned in April 2025, and has held an active California chiropractic license and practiced clinically since July 2025. She also worked as a certified personal trainer from August 2024 through June 2026, and is currently
completing a Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate through The Embody Lab to further her training in trauma-informed, body-based coaching methods. She is also CPR certified. This coaching work draws on that movement, nervous-system, and body-awareness background,
but is not an exercise of her chiropractic license and does not involve chiropractic diagnosis or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, are experiencing pain or symptoms that concern you, or are uncertain whether coaching is appropriate for you, please consult a licensed physician, chiropractor, or other qualified health care provider before beginning or continuing coaching.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
